Senior Product Designer for AI, developer tools, and enterprise systems
I help product teams make better bets by building research systems that change what ships
I use research to redirect decisions, not just validate them. I’ve built customer insight foundations from zero at multiple companies, turning raw signal into evidence that shifts roadmaps, kills bad bets, and focuses teams on problems worth solving.
This site is my working toolkit: the methods, frameworks, and thinking I reach for when designing AI-powered products, enterprise platforms, and developer tools.

How I work
- Build research infrastructure from zero: in-app CSAT, feedback loops, and interview programs, so product decisions start from evidence, not assumptions
- Design AI-powered interfaces with built-in trust: confidence scoring, explainability, transparency about what the model is doing, and rollback when it’s wrong
- Use research to redirect, not just validate: challenging proposed features, killing solutions without validated problems, and shifting investment toward what users actually need
- Ship across domains: developer tools, enterprise security, predictive healthcare, defense systems, and two-sided marketplaces
